Lucy Siegle is a longstanding Observer newspaper columnist on eco living and founder of the annual Ethical Awards, run through the Guardian and Observer which attracts thousands of entries. She is a longstanding reporter for The One Show on BBC1, and known as a host and chair on environmentally issues. However she often found behind the camera directing and producing film content. Her film credits include executive producer on feature length documentary The True Cost (Netflix) for Untold LA and Green Cut for the London Film Festival, focusing on the social and environmental impact of the $3trillion global fashion industry, on which she is an expert. Her book, To Die For: is fashion is wearing out the world? is the set text on fashion courses across the world. She is currently making a radio documentary on the science of sustainable fashion for BBC Radio 4.
